Kesteven and Associates helps meet the practical challenges of corporate governance by designing and documenting the management framework for tracking the organisation’s diverse compliance requirements and demonstrating achievement of performance and conformance objectives.

An organisation’s governance challenges are many and varied: statutory and contractual obligations, local and international standards, community expectations, investor expectations, sustainability commitments (to name just some). Many organisations also deal with multiple jurisdictions and cultural variations. Our aim is to reduce this complex set of challenges — and the activities needed to address them — to a single, integrated system.

A corporate governance system developed by Kesteven and Associates establishes core standards and common processes for identifying, monitoring, and reporting on the organisation’s governance obligations and objectives. Our aims are to —
