Kesteven Management Documentation is a system to help managers define and explain their organization’s management system. The output of the system is a private, interactive website for use by the organization’s managers, employees, and other stakeholders. The website replaces the organization’s paper documentation with web pages that are easy to maintain, easy to use, and easy to audit.

The system meets formal document control requirements such as ISO management system standards.

The system is designed to address two issues —

1. The management challenge: How do you design a management system? What elements do you need and how do they relate to each other? How do you coordinate commercial and governance objectives into a single body of knowledge?
2. The documentation challenge: How do you create documentation that your people will actually use? How do you get your managers to keep it up to date?

To design and document an effective organization —

1. Your organization starts a Kesteven Management Documentation subscription. Just fill in the form to start now. You need to provide an email address to receive the activation code.
2. Your management system website is created automatically, hosted at a secure, high-speed data centre in Australia.
3. You can login and start using your system immediately. There are no technical skills needed. (Management skills, yes: the system assumes that you know what you want your organization to do.)
4. When you first open it, the website contains a template structure and guideline content to get you started.
