Kesteven Management Documentation is provided as a subscription service. The annual fee comprises —

1. Intellectual property licence

• Establishment, maintenance and hosting of your website
• Database backup and maintenance
• Technical support
• Use of guidelines, templates, and sample documentation

$12,600 per year

2. User access fee

• Password-protected login to your website. Users may login to the site from any computer; but from only one computer at a time.

$120 per user with edit permission per year. Additional users may be added during the subscription period, for a pro rata fee. There is no charge for users with read-only status.

3. Public access fee (optional)

• Unrestricted general public access to your website.

 $760 per year

4. Intranet hosting (optional)

• Set-up and support of the system on your equipment within your intranet

Commercial terms

The prices shown above are in Australian dollars and do not include GST.

GST will be charged unless you substantiate your exemption, meaning that —

• You are located outside Australia.
• You have no commercial presence in Australia.
• You are not registered with the Australian Taxation Office.

Fees are payable yearly in advance.

Prices may be changed with 30 days notice. Changes take effect from your next renewal date.
