Selection criteria

• Significant and demonstrable practical experience with the management of mid-sized to large organizations
• A creative and imaginative approach to management challenges
• A very high standard of spoken and written communication
• An understanding of at least the basic concepts of information theory and corporate epistemology
• A reasonable level of computer competence
• Availability to travel

Basis of employment

Consultants are employed by project, paid by the hour plus travel and other expenses.

Most projects involve spending some time at the client site; the work is otherwise carried out at your own premises.
