Reservations and payments

Applications to attend a course are processed in order of receipt. Attendance is not confirmed until payment is received.

Participant cancellations

We will give a 90 percent refund for cancellations received 15 or more working days before the start of the course. We will give a 50 percent refund for cancellations received 5 - 14 working days before the start of the course.

Kesteven and Associates cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any course. We will give as much notice as we can. Participants will be given the option of a full refund or rescheduling to another session.

Substitutions

Registrants may send a substitute in their place at no extra charge.
